Erin's fitness journey began in the world of equestrian back in England, but when she relocated to the United States for college, that chapter closed. College posed challenges for Erin, and she found herself lacking motivation for physical activity. The infamous Freshman fifteen and a series of unhealthy yo-yo diets followed suit. In an effort to reclaim her health, Erin tried various forms of physical fitness, with weight lifting as a consistent anchor to maintain muscle strength. The turning point came after completing her first Triathlon, igniting a passion to share her expertise with others. Now, Erin channels her energy into motivating clients as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and health coach.
