Milan found solace amidst the pressure of high-stress jobs by fitness practices.
The study and practice of breath and movement became a true lifeline along the way, with a focus on yoga, swimming, and weightlifting. Milan learned that true fulfillment came not in being the best but in the committed effort put into these practices.
Leading group fitness allows Milan to cement a mindset of motivation and consistency, while also uncovering communities of like-minded people.
Holding certifications as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and breathwork practitioner
Push exercises such a Chest Press is combined with Pull exercises such as Rows for a balanced weight training class. (LT HYPE) is our classic format designed to make you lift slow and heavy.
