Milan found solace amidst the pressure of high-stress jobs by fitness practices.
The study and practice of breath and movement became a true lifeline along the way, with a focus on yoga, swimming, and weightlifting. Milan learned that true fulfillment came not in being the best but in the committed effort put into these practices.
Leading group fitness allows Milan to cement a mindset of motivation and consistency, while also uncovering communities of like-minded people.

  • Work every major muscle group of the body with weight training basics such as Squats, Chest press, Rows and many more. Each class incorporates abdominal exercises and plank variations. (LTHYPE) is our classic format designed to have you lift slow and heavy

  • Legs, Butt & Shoulders (LT HYPE)
  • Big lifts such as; Squats & Shoulder Presses are interspersed with butt focused exercises for an awesome weight training class.
